spacious room needed facilities complimentary biscuits
I found the room to be very spacious. All needed facilities were available. I received complimentary tea and coffee with biscuits in the room (it was a nice touch!).

friendly staff comfortable bed excellent location
the staff at reception were particularly friendly and cute. the room was a good size.. i found the bed quite comfortable. the location is excellent, right next to the train station.
I found there was no food option after 9pm. Room service also stopped at 9pm.

small shower large bugs
the location was acceptable.
The room i stayed in was underwhelming, the shower was small. The cleaning wasn't good. i found two large bugs in the bed, it gave me a poor night's sleep. the provided key didn't allow access to the gym, it had no towels.
